Old Toccoa Farm is a new charming mountain community of Blue Ridge, embraced by the Blue Ridge mountains and bordered by the Toccoa River, offering a semi-private fold course and access to over 4,000 feet of Toccoa River frontage. It contains a distinctive collective of cottages and custom homesites and all the components to enjoy an authentic mountain lifestyle.

The directive was to create various pieces that were clean, minimal, yet with a feeling of warmth. The identity is classic, but friendly, emphasizing that you are more than a member, you are family.
